Welcome to WE ARE THE FARM Ebisu, an Italian restaurant where you can enjoy fresh organic vegetables in delicious hot pot dishes! We offer two healthy hot pots made with plenty of organic ingredients. Our Farmer’s Green Hot Pot Course features freshly harvested leafy vegetables and pork from Yamauchi Farm, served with three special dipping sauces, and comes with a fresh kale salad. The Farmer’s Kale Spicy Hot Pot adds a pleasant kick of spice to warm both your body and soul.
