Koito native soybeans are high-quality soybeans that have been grown in the Koito River basin in Kimitsu City, Chiba Prefecture for centuries.

It has the highest level of sweetness, an honest taste without bitterness, and a subtle aroma 🤤.

We can only harvest the soybeans for about two weeks before they mature as soybeans, so please come during this period 🍁.
