Very thick and sweet! Grilled Oshu Onions @ Ebisu

Today we are introducing Oshu onions✨.
We also produce our own onions from Awaji Island, which are very sweet!

After slow cooking and bringing out the sweetness, season lightly with sake and soy sauce on the griddle and serve simply with salt.

We serve it both as a course and a la carte, so please order it 😊.
