Summer vegetables are slowly starting to be harvested: ☀️✨

In this issue, we introduce zucchini 🌺.
On conventional farms,
We grow three types of zucchini,
Wild Tuscan (striped surface and firm flesh)
Black Beauty (as the name implies, it has a shiny black appearance)
White Scallop (aka UFO Zucchini)

Each zucchini has different qualities and can be enjoyed in our restaurant as bagna cauda, hot pot or a la carte 🙌

Enjoy seasonal vegetables only available at this time of the year♪
